The Original Cascarino's is not just a pizza parlor. Owners Tony Civello and Fred Assini pride themselves on using the best ingredients and don't skimp on anything in the dishes that make up their extensive menu. They bake their own breads and desserts, and make their own sauces from scratch.

Everyone leaves Cascarino’s full and happy because they make the dining experience a family affair - they want people to feel at home. Their motto is, "everyday is Sunday." Signature dishes include Chicken Staiano, a flavorful blend of prosciutto, mushrooms and fresh mozzarella in a savory red marsala wine sauce; and their famous Pizza a la Vodka (all pizzas are made in their brick oven). They have a reasonably priced wine list and offer a selection of Italian beers.

The restaurant is decorated in rich warm brown and dark red tones with a burnt orange tile floor. Comfortable booths are on one side of the dining room and the other is lined with banquettes and Italian music plays in the background. A blackboard with tempting Family Style dishes is displayed. There's always a variety of pizzas, calzones and rolls at the pizza counter to entice you.
